在美國俄亥俄州立大學(Ohio State University)最近進行的一項研究顯示,不吃早餐不但會導致腹部發胖也會導致在肝臟的胰島素阻抗形成。A recent study conducted at Ohio State University has revealed that skipping meals not only leads to abdominal weight gain, but it can also lead to the development of insulin resistance in the liver.
